Description: This package provides support functions frequently used by
        Constantine et al. for their paper, "Large-scale clustering of
        longitudinal faecal calprotectin and C-reactive protein
        profiles in inflammatory bowel disease". These functions are
        primarily used to manipulate data and visualise findings.
